My group therapist likes to say, "who am I to save you from your pain?" I always want to say
"YOU ARE THE THERAPIST!" :)

Life does get overwhelming in spots, doesn't it? I think when you are studying psychology at the same time as trying to sort things out for yourself, it can feel like you are "in it" all the time, with no breaks. But the flip side is that we might understand the process a tiny bit better. At least I hope so. I have to write a paper on the plasticity of the right hemisphere (brain) and the nueral net repair process. :( What about you?
