I haven't tried it. I found this:

It sounds like a psychodynamic response to CBT.

I reckon it would be worth a shot.

I was reading about... I can't remember what it is called...
But there is a psychodynamic response to DBT too that is doing quite well...

I think I'd prefer that to CBT
