That's gorgeous!
you are such a beautiful person. I think your T knows this side of you well, and has always seen hints of it, even when you were struggling.
It might be nice though, to tell him these things. Sometimes it's good if T's can know that we are also experiencing ourselves in a new light. Sometimes we change a lot, and don't even realize it... But you realized it, and that's FANTASTIC.
bring it in? or fax it? or email it? or write it in a card? I think it's worth sharing. You might get some interesting feedback. Besides, what's the worst thing that can happen? He's seen all sides of Happyflower. He might as well see the optimistic side too, huh?
