Per questions,
I'm 55. I called the MD today, talked to a receptionist who took a message and told me the nurse would call me back later in the afternoon.
She didn't call back until after 5:00pm, when the office closes for the day. I was at an AA meeting. I felt a little better getting out and being around people but am already exhausted after only being out of bed 5 hrs.I talked long distance to an old friend who calmed me down somewhat. He asked me if I was eating OK. I forgot about this in my original posting, but I've lost 40 pounds since January, 5 pounds per week in July alone (220 to 180).
I'm still scheduled to see the counselor tomorrow at 3:00. I'll have to try the MD again in the morning.
