The thing is, that I started therapy this spring when I was in the midst of severe depression, so i've never really done therapy like this before.

i guess life is plenty hard enough even when I'm feeling well. T might decide I'm ready for a push :) and give me some work to do. He's done that before- been tough when I need it, and understanding when I need it. I guess that's his job.

Being with husband *is* good for me- i see him next in about 2 weeks. He makes me laugh, and he has a lot of energy (forces me to exercise and get out to do stuff). And he's affectionate too. (((husband)))
