I'm on my way to a session but I had to say before I go that I feel for you so much Muffled. And I think it's brave to even go to the ER. You were making sure that you're safe now even though you feel you "messed up". It is always best to have a doctor take care of the worst ones. I never started the seroquel myself but I think that you should mention it to your T right away. Especially if this was a really bad episode. Which it sounds like it was. I'm really concerned for you. Your T sounds like she's pretty understanding.

I don't know what else to say except that you're not alone with a problem like this. And from the little I know of everyone here, it sounds like others share your truth. Please take care of yourself, and tell someone if you feel like it could happen again. I'll be thinking of you today.

((((((Muffled))))))
