Yep, I've tried them. the meditation ones by Centrepointe - they make me VERY depressed - and they are really expensive - I regret spending the $. Some of the ones by The Monroe Institute are really good. One called Season's on Robert's Mountain...or something like that is awesome when I'm doing my artwork....I get totally immersed and lose track of time. Our son was prescribed some by EASe for ADD - but he wouldn't use them - so it was a waste of a LOT of money! They have to be Rx'd by a licensed practitioner. I don't know about Sonoma never tried them. The only ones I would buy are the ones from Monroe - but that's just me.....and they have some really WEIRD looking stuff too - I stay away from that.
