I got my diagnosis (cyclothymia & depression) in March. In this wonderful health system, no help is offered, unless your dying. And even then, they only feed you pills to ease the pain of dying. I've started a long journey of discovery, learning about my "disease", my moods, and myself. In the mean time, I've got to conduct a full-time job, part-time degree course, and a few interpersonal relations spread over 2 countries.
My journey is slow. Sometimes I enjoy it. Sometimes I enjoy my moods (it's not all bad), sometimes I hate them. Towards the end of this year I think I'll look for a private therapist of some sort.

Sorry for the moan. Feeling a bit sorry for myself today.
Nina
