Blogging About Therapy?

Posted by Veracity on May 10, 2006, at 22:39:22

A woman I know on-line (not from here) has a blog where she writes primarily on her work in therapy. She blogs about her sessions, her work outside of therapy, her goals, and how she experiences her life changing. It is a private blog, in that she doesn't advertise or promote it publically, and only her therapist and a select other few people have the URL to access it. Her therapist does read her blog frequently and they use it to enhance their work in therapy.

Have any of you heard of this? What are your thoughts on it? Do you blog? If so, does your therapist know about your blog? Does s/he read it that you know of?
