Good.

Scary!

Yeah… but… when you feel you’ve put enough distance between you and your T, can you stop and wait for a little while and catch your breath? And can you walk slowly back towards her one step at a time, as slowly as you need to in order to stay comfortable? Even if it’s only one step a day?

Running is OK, but going back is important too. Maybe you’ll need to run away again one day, but in time you won’t need to run so far before you can think about going back.

Thinking of you…
