Freud would say there are no real mistakes, just not conscious decisions. I think having the MD see your cuts was probably a good thing. I'm glad he recognized that you need some support and help. I wish the medications were doing a better job. Did he change them? I know that after a little while on wellbutrin alone I got whacked with some enormous waves of anxiety. It took me awhile to figure out that they were partly caused by the medication. Sometimes I feel like a science experiment in all of this.

Do you know why you've become more depressed? Is this an anniversary or has something changed for you? I think you've felt yourself slipping for a few months now...I'm worried about you.

I would be anxious about going back too -- it stirs up so much stuff, good and bad. I hope the wait isn't too long. Until then, feel free to lean here. Maybe we can help.
