Welcome to babble. I agree so much with what annie said. I wouldn't be able to do therapy if I didn't know it was okay to say the things I say, and if some of what's said leads to revelations for me. I only know what I say and feel is okay because of the babblers. I just wrote my T a note about my feelings about the holidays because of what Poet said earlier. I never knew I felt that way, until she expressed it so well. I'm just really grateful for babble.
