Not all stress is damaging. People in the Olympics or in a high stakes poker game all experiece stress. It can make them better. I've got a job interview this week in which I'll be questioned and then given a test about engineering principles that I've totally forgotten about.

I do two things. I try to prepare if I can. Then I take the attitude... what does it matter in the big picture...basically WTF? My health comes first. I'm still going to be alive no matter.
