> Oh, Jen, sweetie: What a list!

I read somewhere (not that this will help), that MOST of the things you worry about, never happen.

i grew up with a mother who worried every day, about every THING.. I made a choice to NEVER worry about anything I couldn't do anything about, or had no control over.

That takes care of MOST of everything in life. We can't know from 1 second to the next what will happen.

Are there LOGICAL reasons for any of your fears? Have you ever discussed those with a T? Of course, fears can be IL-ogical; those are pretty difficult to get rid of!

I really only had ONE fear; that of being alone, (abandoned by every man in my life; beginning with never knowing my father) and guess what!

IT is here! Divorced after 31 years of abuse, not to mention the loss of my church (of 31 years); voted out of membership, ya know .

Alone.

Since I cannot do anything about it, I just cope the best I can. Fortuntely I am resilient (good thing, or I might be drooling in a corner somewhere).

I feel so sad that there are so many things you are fearful of.

I say this (i know you probably realize this; and I have always thought of myself as the poster-child for sensitivity

(actually, it is called "hyper-sensitivity" from being abused)

I cannot bear it, if I though I hurt someone's feelings.

but, what a waste of your beautiful life, to worry (it only can make you crazy, LOL)..please forgive me, if I have offended you, and I am sure you know all of this.

My mother STILL worries about everything and she is 83; practically NOTHING she ever worried about; happened!

Since I am a believer; I keep these thoughts in my head: "I will never leave you or forsake you" / "I am with you always, even unto the end of the world"

Sometimes, that's all that keeps me going, sweetie.

P.S. I lied (LOL), your number 19 is on my list!

Hugs and love to you, dear new friend. I am coming right over and taking you out to dinner (drinks?), and we will talk this over!

The born (thank God) optimist!
Hugs, Ally
