ya, was wild ride yesterday and last night. hour on treadmill and barely touched it. but my crazy music helped. on the good hand i got like 6 new ideas for paintings. but all that exhausted me and i crashed.

better today.
technically i'm on ritalin,wellbutrin in mornings and zyprexa and xanax at night. i needed clearer thinking so i took myself of zyprexa about a week or so ago. but i need to be 'sane' this weekend so i'll go back on it tonight.
i forgot how exhausting i can get after such a mental workup.
