Hi Pfinstegg,
Three times i tried to answer your posting and i kept clicking the wrong places . i hate when i can't do anything right. Parts are not wanting me to say anything. i think there'a a lot of guilty feelings about what i said about my T and parts are on both sides of whether he cares or not.
It's a mess to think about.
Anyways, i can't change Ts.therapy is so hard when there are different ego states and different parts. everything is so hard.

about the inpatient places i was hoping to find a friend that we shared some time with- not go there again. Too hard- no where to ground.Take care,
