Anxiety when I live more from my head

Posted by orchid on August 12, 2005, at 16:55:45

I noticed that when I try to intellectualize things, rationalize feelings, I get actually more anxious..

When I live more from my emotions, and listen to my heart, I end up feeling simple and nice.

When I live from my head, I feel agitated, tensed, restless, being defensive, angry. And I wrongly assumed that I need to be like that in work. That is why I feel every morning very anxious..because I come to work, and even though I am not very defensive with my coworkers, I still feel anxious. And I feel restless.

But maybe I can just live from my heart in my work also - and then I won't feel so anxious.
