He's nine.

He's just learning some coping skills he clearly couldn't learn from us. lol.

He's not anxious, exactly. He is a real adventurer compared to his Dad and I.

He's very very good, and works hard at being good, and doesn't understand why other kids aren't good. He expects a lot of himself. And he tends to be so good for so long that eventually he can't maintain it and he'll have little crying spells when he gets frustrated.

Nothing horribly serious, but we figured learning coping skills now was better than waiting till he was an adult. And he's doing very well with them. We see a lot more expression of emotion on a day to day basis. It's really cute, because he tends to do it with humor.
