Yeah I think this is best put behind you, as he's just not worth the upset.
I'm really glad you're seeing your new T on Monday and can't wait to hear how it goes. Says he who has never done the T thing himself and who only really saw a P doc to confirm the chronic depression diagnosis and to get an opinion on whether there were any other deeper darker nasties lurking there as well, and the relative worth of therapy. He said that there were suggestions of a deeper personality disorder but not enough to be clearly one thing or the other, and that after discussing it with my GP that I wouldn't benefit from therapy until I believed I would benefit from therapy, and that right now the most important thing was to get me through this major episode. Amazing how quickly some people can recognise that you don't like being 'processed'. Funny isn't it that I'm now starting to feel the time is coming. Lots of bits and pieces coming up.
