Is this addiction you describe, your ex-T, your smoking or your evident need to periodically belittle yourself? (I hope the latter observation is considered civil, Bob, I mean no malace, I say it with supportive intent) You have demonstrated considerable strength to me in the past. It seems to me that one doesn't lose internal fortitude, it just gets covered up.
