My therapist asked if he could, at some point, talk to my new pdoc. I said yes. I think it is good that your team is all on the same page.
I think you might want to ask your pdoc how to communicate your wishes to the therapist. He might have a good way to phrase it.
It sounds like everyone is concerned about you. I'm glad you told them what was going on. This way they can help you better.
