I know how expensive therapy is (everyone here can relate) but I feel it is so worth it, to have that support. I'm glad your T is willing to see you more often, if you are able to make that work for you. (Now I need to get back to work).
Try to keep yourself busy. Time seems to go faster when one is occupied ... at least for me.
