This is a good question. I don't know about others, but I bottomed out. When I did, I couldn't function at work or even at home. I would think about killing myself at work. The urges were everywhere, so I don't know. My depression has racked my mind and body. When I can't think, remember and cry a lot - that spells unemployed in my world. Also, it reads almost bankrupt. When you can't feed yourself and bathe as I, I don't see how could make it to a job.
