Getting your T to be more active

Posted by Sammybabe on November 8, 2004, at 10:14:17

I'd like my therapist to take more of an active role in helping me, i.e., not just listening and reacting to what I say but actually suggesting (proactively) ways in which I can better help myself. Any advice on how to approach this?
