Hi Cora,

I understand that you are beginning a treatment and having feelings of sabatage. I hope that you will carefully examine the real reason for those thoughts. Is it fear of change? Is it a feeling of not deserving help? Is it a fear of facing a particular issue?

Whatever it might be, you are mighter than your feelings and your fears. After all, you are the creator of both. You are deserving of gifts of peace within as all of us. The only one behind the door is your heart. Opening your heart for yourself will dissolve the fears of change or issue that stand in your way to peace.

Cora, you aren't alone in your feelings. I go through them wave after wave. Hanging onto each other helps get us through the worst storms of emotions and urges. Be safe with yourself.
