You might want to talk to her about her expectations about calls on Tuesday. My therapist *wants* me to call before I SI, although admittedly if I call he pretty much expects me *not* to do it. If I call and still do it, he gets irritable. And honestly, he's really not very good over the phone so the only reason I call him is to remind myself of my promise to him. He hasn't forbidden me to call him after I SI, but he's generally not happy about it. I guess it makes him feel helpless. In DBT, the rule is that you *can't* call after you SI, only before. I'm guessing a fair number of therapists go by that rule.
