Yes, I have had phone sessions. It is interesting. I would say things on the phone that I would never say in person. I guess it was like I was in cognito. I did find it different, but it was beneficial.
Phone sessions usually cost less. It depends on how long you keep them on the phone. I am guessing here.

I think of it like paying for unbiased professional support. Yes, I agree it does feel funny. But, I feel I deserve good help and so do you. :)
