I just got a new T. about 8 mos ago so I guess we're still working on our relationship. I liked my old guys who I had for 3yrs. Now I'm going to try EMDR (for domestic abuse) I decided to skip out on the DBT. I have a lot of support so I have a lot to greatful for. I Like this forum so far seems like a nice supportive place-Thanks , TY
