I would think that the old place would waive their 90 day punishment given the circumstances - you were leaving your OLD place to get away from him.
Perhaps you can make an appointment with the director of your old place. Explain that you had therapy with your old therapist, but he terminated you. Seeing him is hard and your new therapist isn't willing to help you deal with your feelings about the old therapist. You tried to go elsewhere, but he was the only one there, too!? Then ask the director what you should do.
There has to be a solution.
