It is hard and you should be proud of yourself that you keep going back - you know you need to do this and you are really doing good work to get better. I'm glad you like your new Therapist. I think trust takes an enormous amount of time so give yourself that time.
Keep posting. It really does help to know you aren't alone.
And you aren't. We're all here to help...
