Well, it's the end of the year, so perhaps you can change insurance carriers? or call your insurance carrier and see if they have added any therapists to their list. I've never heard of a insurance group offering only one provider group. Maybe they've expanded their offerings since you last checked?
Otherwise, just start with the new therapist he referred you to asap.
