I should probably point out also that I'm being treated by the Head of Psychiatry at a large Sydney hospital.
I saw him today, but he said that antidepressants take up to 6 weeks to feel the full effect, and so I should stay on my current dose and see him in another 3 weeks to see how I'm going.
I'm very disappointed at this; I've got exams starting this week and my fatigue is disabling.
I asked him about upping the dose to 600mg/day to see if that would have any effect (esp since I have had no side effects with moclobemide) but he said to wait and see.
