I think it's very important to tell your therapist, who won't be shocked or upset by this. The more of your feelings you can express, the more you can be helped. I love my therapist very dearly and we are ending soon, which i find very hard, but he knows of my feelings and I can talk about them, which helps a lot. He tells me that our therapeutic relationship is very special and that I will be able to carry that with me always. I think in the end you grow stronger, but it is very hard and very painful.
