Tristan318, thank you so much for writing. I just found this site today. I have been battling mood swings for as long as I can remember. What really got me interested in your story was that you mentioned migraines. I have just recently realized the connection between the two. Also, I can really understand about the insurance. I'm also self employed and sick of "trying" medicines to "see if this works". I do have a therapist. He's not free, but he helps me a great deal. Anyway, I'm going to read on, I just wanted to thank you for your posting and tell you I really identified. Thank you.
