> Does anyone have any experience with psycotherapy for ocd. Im trying to decide whether meds or psychotherapy is the way to go.
> THe psychotherapist says that he does not want me on any meds for the therapy so that we will know what is effective/ not effective.
> It all seems kind of weird to me. He says that there are feelings of anger etc beneath that i cover over and suppress with anxiety, tension and ocd. It sort of seems like an old freudian approach to it. Any thoughts anyone?
