Hi, what a very nice thing to post:-) Something funny I have to tell. I was in a day program once, and I got an award for *increased ability to ask for help* lol-I thought it was funny at the time, but honestly looking back, it WAS one thing that I learned about myself-that I needed to ask for help-as no one can read my mind. Yep-you sure did make a step forward, really glad you posted, a lot of kind, caring, honest people on this board-please know that.
