wendy, it is not good but i am stil here. i feel like my support system has crumbled and i am still trying to hang on. don't know what to do about any of it. i wonder sometimes if i am doomed to die of depression but i keep taking my meds and exercising and doing th ethings i am supposed to do each day to stay haealthy and keep praying i'll see the light of day again soon. i am headed to a cabin in the woods with a good friend to morrow so that will be good. no stress no worries for 3-4 days, so that's good. i'll check in when i get back.
