I find that my biggest challenge is dealing with my ultra-conservative Christian wife. She thinks my depression is the work of satan and has taken me to "excorcisms" at church. When I am really down she grabs me and prays that the demons that "I am inviting into my life" must leave and that I have to pray harder, read the bible more, have more faith. She insisted that I see a Christian counsellor who seems to side with her in that my depression is a result of something *I* am doing and if I change my behavior my depression will go away. I am lost in dealing with her and would appreciate any and all advice.
