I think there is a whole folder of info about SAD at PB tips, which is a yahoo "annex" for psycho babble. The link is at the top of the main PB page. That is how I found my light box. I looked at a number of different companies' web sites that I got from the folder, comparison shopped, found one on sale that seemed good (greatest amount of light at relatively long distance--27 inches--at a reasonable price). It was on sale because it was being discontinued. I also bought my dawn simulator this way, and a smaller light box/desk lamp for my office at work. The folder also has sample letters for your pdoc to sign that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
