I know where we are going (australasia). We are where the US was at last Christmas. Probably.
It is always a little tricky because summer / winter is reversed. So what you put down to 'seasonal' things because of that. But also it doesn't quite compare because the seasons don't mean the same thing. Winter in California is not the same thing as winter in the East Coast where you will literally die of exposure unless...
But... Things are starting to open up. We are getting vaccination rates up there.
There will be this time of Christmas and New Year... This freedom... We have vaccinations... The holidays... Also (as if that wasn't enough) we have summer. We have people wanting to be outdoors... But also partying etc...
ANd then...
They say... They say we are at 'peak immunity' Because... The vaccination wasn't supposed to be forever. Right?
You need a booster shot... UH.. When?
So we will be getting cases again etc etc. While the governments negotiate (re-negotiate) the cost / price of...
When do we need new shots? Every 6 months?
