I used to be for capital punishment, but I think I've changed my mind over time. Nothing about whether someone might be innocent or guilty of the most horrendous crimes. It's more that I feel very sad and uneasy to see man taking the life of man, when self defense isn't a factor.
I guess I don't know the situation there well enough to know if self defense was a factor.
