I meant that comment to be in support of what Dinah was saying. I can see how people say that the government doesn't care.But maybe it isn't so much that the government 'doesn't care' it is more that the government doesn't think that it has a duty to rebuild.
I mean... I don't see how the cost can be an issue. You would think that if the government can afford to spend money on funding a war... But then that doesn't follow. I guess that doesn't follow.
It is about priorities I guess.
And the government doesn't think it is its job, or the government doesn't prioritise that.
Are people suprised?
