By blocking them or being a reverse agonist it increases the release of dopamine. Prozac doesn't do that. Prozac only blocks 5HT2C and according to one study from Eli Lilly, 5 HT2A receptors. It also depends on the AAP. Amulsipride doesn't touch serotonergic receptors. Seroquel is a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor.
