Been a long time since Ritalin (was back before concerta and Ritalin SR) I had a good response but very bad rebound effect in afternoon so stopped taking it and switched to dexedrine....since then I have been on adderall xr or vyvanse which was ok on pristiq and effexor but not really helping with energy on the cymbalta (although attention is better and focus is somewhat better) Is Ritalin or concerta usually more alerting than adderall? I dont understand the neurotransmitters at all.....so confusing to me.....I would've thought the NE from the cymbalta would assist with alertness.....but man am I tired- napping and sleeping more (without sleep meds) however, frequent awakenings now.....argh
