My integrative doctor did say 'don't inhibit MAO-A', but he wouldn't like the Dex either.
This is an either/or?
What are you going to feel like without the 60mg/d Dex on board?
You are hoping the Parnate might help cover that?
Or you are hoping to cut the Dex almost out and add a little Parnate?
