You can go to 20mg on lexapro and see if its helpful along with selegiline. In your case celexa may be better since it hits histamine a little harder.
Do you think the selegiline is worth the bother?
I respond to wellbutrin initially, but its effects disappear soon after and all it does is make me feel weird and anxious. If selegiline is similar and its effects dont vanish after a few months I might push my doc to give it a try.
You might also try and see if less frequent dosing drops the anxiety. MAO-B will take several days to recover once its neutralized. the only benefit I think you get from daily dosing is the amphetamine metabolites. dopamine and PEA should be higher for a few days as well.
