For Gaba, besides the benzos, you try pregabalin. For dopamine, I've been taking requip off an on mosly at night, but when I take it during the day it has a nice anti-anxiety effect and helps with some fine motor control issues I have. you can order online from
freedom-pharmacy fairly cheap. It's used normally for restless leg syndrome and as an adjunct to levodopa in Parkinson's disease.
