If it would increase platelet serotonin, this would rather prevent bleeding than cause it, I think. But I don't know wether tianeptine influences platelet serotonin levels at all - I know that long-term tianeptine use decreases serotonin transporter binding sites, but I don't know if and how that will affect platelet serotonin.
