I didn't know whether to put this under the med board or here. I had one urine test that showed elevated normetanephrines and dopamine on a 24 hour level. This may be medically related to something other than my mental health, may be causing my mental health problems, or be directly caused by my mental health problems. I do not know what is going on. My normetanephrine was 570. I am wondering if there is anything to alleviate this problem if I should have no medical reason other that my ocd and anxiety causing it. In the past I have taken things like abilify, paxil, klonopin, seroquel, neurontin,
wellbutrin, elavil, lexapro, celexa, buspar, xanax, ativan...goodness...
I do not feel any of them helped much at all except for some help with the neurontin, and klonopin. Seroquel was not so bad either but I gained too much weight and am fat already so the doctor didn't let me go back on it.I don't know what else to ask. I guess this is enough for now. Please let me know if you have any clues...
