and not to theorize that diabetic neuropathy doesn't exist, but rather that it may be related to EPS and akathisia, or sensations that EPS and akathisia cause are related.

is this the case, or possibly the case:

-neuropathy is an impaired or damaged ability of the nerves to send/recieve proper signals from the brain.

-EPS/akathisia is an impaired or damaged ability of the brain to send/recieve proper signals from the nerves.
